Yesterday was Jill day! She killed the half marathon in 1 hour and 50 minutes! thats fucking rad! then we had everyone come over for some party time and played a cornhole tourney and drank some alcoholic beverages! it was good time. I feel like the sun got the better of me though cause I am exhausted. Anyways.. This week I should get my glasses. Also, Little league is starting this week too so it should be an eventful week to say the least. I need to eat something. I am starving and only have 3 dollars. Oh and to update you, I never finished my song last week and am going to scrap it i am sure. I guess i did finish one though.... And its a pretty good one so last week was a win. I also remade a new cover of an Eminem song that soungs rad on my guitalele. Super stoked on that one! An old friend hit me up too to play her new BBQ joint that opened up down the road from us! Honestly I did not want to go to practice yesterday. It was starting to feel monotonous and like an obligation. Losing its cool. Not what we built this band on. But rather than playing all the same songs over and over we just hung out, drank some beers (loc drank a bottle of wine) and jammed out on some.ideas that both of us had floating around. It was an awesome practice. We didn't finish any particular jams but now there are about 4 ideas floating around.out there in WalkyTalky land! All in all... a fresh jam session. Much needed! On a 10 day vaycay and spending some of it in sunny California. Today is day 1. We went to the aquarium of the pacific ocean. Besides having a bratty 1 year old with us the rest of the adventure was pretty awesome! Still got like 5 more days to kick it and plenty of adventure left in the tank. Besides all that I got a week long buddy pass for LA Fitness and played some pickup game basketball. I killed it in game 1 and won the game. I am pretty awesome!

Falling back in love with Johnny Cash lately. I can relate alot to his most recent material. It's alot darker than his early stuff but I love what he does with a guitar. He is so subtle. I think a reason I love playing the guitar so much... is its the only thing in life I have total control of. Not only that, but there's always something I am learning and its always something new. Im super proud of myself for putting as much aside have into it over this last year.

Being a control freak is something I don't pride myself on or even consider myself unless I sit here and think about it. But when latest out, control is something I really need for some reason... especially when it comes yo business. And even my music. I love the control! I think its for the best. Sucks being at work all day and not able to be home enjoying it. I barely even have windows in my building so every chance I get I like to go check outside and enjoy the little bit of it that I possibly can!
I can't wait to get home. Have a burger. Drink a 40 and jam out on some Dolly action. Sounds romantic right? You bet it does!

When shit Hits the Fan

Its no secret that the world keeps spinning and us people keep fighting. Well today our biggest client here at the office let us know they would be pulling their account and our services were no longer needed. With that and the holidays upon us it is going to be a very stressful next couple of months. In order to help everyone out, the entire company will be forced to sacrifice at least a half day before thursday. Not to mention we will all have 4 day weekends come each holiday weekend. It is going to hit us hard!
For me... the boss... It is clear that some heavy decisions will have to be made. Both at work and at home. But with the good lord on my side and some optimism, everything is going to be OK. I will figure it all out. I always do.

Baby Glock

I think I am getting a new gun soon. Like Today?! I am getting on a payment plan and I think I am getting the Glock 26. Also known as the baby glock. I think it is time for me to start strapping up! I can thank all my gun crazy friends for my paranoia and my recent love for the beast that is the gun! So that will give me a solid handgun. I have a solid shotgun... Now i need to get an awesome Zombie Killing Son Of A BITCH! Chad knows what I am talking about!
Aside from that... Its Thanksgiving week and I am really looking forward to all the food, family, and Football! the 3 F's! Frogs Forever, Forever Frogs! The 4 F's... See what I did there?! Yeah, I am awesome!

Today we ran a 5k for colon cancer! More specifically Clarissa mom. We all had alot of fun! Personally I ran the three miles in 30 minutes and some change! All in all it was a good old fashioned time and my heart needed the excercise!

The coolest part... well that was our awesome tee shirts that read,"

I run for buttholes" that and I ran it in my underwear! Kind of...

Take off

Tomorrow AM is airport time then take off time then Texas time! I'm excited as hell! A little nervous cause I get nervous when I fly for some reason... That anxiety!
Tonight we went to a Jills cousins wedding! It was nice. I was DD and Jill got chocolate wasted and I just spent the last 30 minutes spraying the garage out with a hose! Put 2 and 2 together there! Jill is face down in the pot snoring! Ima get ready for bed before I go try and rescue her again... I will take a picture!
Anyways! Good times ahead! I can't wait! Roger that! Over and Out!
